Winter session with Amanda

The one thing I love the most about my job as a photographer is how varied it is. I get to work in a lot of different settings and locations shooting a bunch of different subjects ranging from food and interior to portraits and the outdoors.

I like the variety but my favourite is definitely to shoot outdoors, and to create stories of the outdoor lifestyle.

A year ago I traveled to Åre to attend a Winter Workation and one of my friends and colleagues Amanda was also there. Not only was it really nice to meet her again, I also had a job to shoot her for Explore A Little More – her own business and social channels.

I love capturing people with my camera, especially when I get to do it outside in beautiful surroundings. It was snowy and overcast but I am still very pleased with how the photos turned out!

In the forests of Sundsvall, the small northern town between two mountains, Rania found herself and her passion: living a slower life rich in experiences instead of things. Here she works as a freelancing photographer, content creator and photography teacher. Through her pictures she wants to inspire others to spend more time outdoors and show that the adventure is not far away. She travels a lot in Scandinavia and works with other destinations to promote our beautiful country, she also arranges workshops on visual storytelling and local adventures.
